Distinctive New Nautical Window Box Planter Is Introduced
Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Carol Parrott International, Inc., the leading designer & manufacturer of Half-Hull Boat Window Box Planters, announced the release of their latest model. Their classic designs are revolutionizing the window box planter industry.
"Our vision was to create a high quality window box planter with nautical style. Many homeowners and business owners decorate with a nautical or tropical flare. Until we designed our first planter last year, there was a void in the marketplace for a maintenance-free planter with classic nautical style", says Carol. "Our planters are glossy hand-laid gelcoated fiberglass, just like a real boat and they withstand the elements just like a real boat. The first one we made was mounted outside a year and a half ago. It's withstood severe thunderstorms and pounding rain, hail, high winds and the intense South Florida sun, and it still looks brand new. I expect it to continue to look brand new ten years from now."
CPI's latest model is a 15" boat transom model. "Our clients loved our first model, a 36" planter, but many had smaller areas where they wanted a planter. So we designed a smaller model with a different boat style. This planter can be placed anywhere, indoors or out. As with the original model, we customize the trim colors to the customer's preferences. And if they wish, this new model can also be personalized with text (person's name, boat name, house number, etc.) on the transom. I also sign each planter personally. They're great gifts for anyone who loves the water. "
The success of the first model has been mainly along the eastern seaboard and New England, but they are catching on in the Midwest also. "It takes time to select distributors and get the planters into the marketplace, so it's been an uphill climb", says Carol. "But when people see them, they just love them and that makes it even more worthwhile."
